At THE PET FACTORY, we aim to deliver your pet essentials as quickly and safely as possible. 

1. Order Processing Time
* All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and official holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 
* You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We deliver across Egypt. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

* Standard Delivery (Cairo & Giza): 2 – 3 business days.
* Standard Delivery (Other Governorates): 3 – 5 business days.

3. Express Delivery (6th of October & Sheikh Zayed)
Orders placed within 6th of October City and Sheikh Zayed are eligible for same-day or next-day delivery depending on order time and stock availability.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Online Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as well as online card payments. Please ensure you provide an active phone number and detailed delivery address to avoid delivery delays.
